the atmosphere seemed cozy, but the staff woudl ve been more helpful if they'd improved their language skills. also, the noise levels were unbearable, ruining my sleep. i had expected a complimentary drink upon arrival, but i guess my expectations were too high. i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t overlook these faults.

It was just a good pick for a couple of nights in Tignes with very good value for money. The ski room setup was helpful, especially the boot heaters after a long day on the slopes. Make sure to enjoy the breakfast. there's plenty to choose from to start your day right.

The staff was amazing, accommodating my family's requests with a genuine smile! I appreciated the plentiful breakfast. it fueled us well for our skiing adventures. The view from our twin room onto the mountains was a magnificent start to each day.
